Sounds like something I/we ought to be at least aware of. Alas, the
web site wants a user name and password that I don't know. I've
probably been told, but didn't record it.

I have more than enough user names and passwords of my own to
remember/record, and I generally figure that if a standards-related
document isn't publically available, then I probably don't need it.
If there is something proprietary about how to prepare standards, then
I don't even want to know, because I wouldn't want to be responsible
for keeping it private.

If I'm expected to pay for a copy of this because it's an official ISO
publication, then those expectations are not going to be met. I did
recently buy a copy of the C standard out of my own pocket (at $18 US
that was quite acceptable - wish our own standard was available under
similar terms), but I can't see paying even such nominal amounts for
internal ISO documents; the principle of that would annoy me more than
the money.
