Andrew raised the issue of sending to more than one e-mail list when one
includes the other. I think most people now have cottoned on to the fact that
the sc22wg5 list includes the x3j3 list.

Just for information the sc22wg5 list, as of today, includes three sublists
(wg5canada@agb.RoyalRoads.ca, x3j3@ncsa.uiuc.edu, ukfortran@edinburgh.ac.uk)
plus the addresses of individual WG5 members in Austria, Germany, Italy,
Japan, Netherlands and Switzerland.

Any requests for additions or changes should be sent to me.
