ACM Fortran Forum is published three times a year under
the auspices of SIGPLAN. Founded by Loren Meissner, it
has been the journal of record of the Fortran community
for over 20 years. It can be subscribed to without
membership of either ACM or SIGPLAN for $20 (plus $10
for expedited air mail outside the USA). Just fill in
and mail the form at:

       http://www.acm.org/sigplan/sigplan_appl.txt

You can also order Fortran Forum on-line with the new
ACM E-Store. It is listed with the member plus package:

           http://store.acm.org/acmstore

Back copies of Fortran Forum will shortly be available
on-line.

A Fortran Forum survey form can be obtained on-line at

           http://www.fortran.com/survey.txt

(thanks to Walt Brainerd for hosting this and to readers for filling it
in).
