Some responses were modified slightly.) - accepted most of the draft edits in paper 261 (Some were modified slightly.) - approved the resolutions of 11 C-Fortran interoperability issues including the 3 addressed in paper 269 - approved edits for the overloading of structure constructors and for destructors, thus completing the requirements for Fortran 2000. There remain some 55 unresolved issues of which over half are concerned with C-Fortran interoperability. Some of the unresolved issues need to be resolved before J3 can fully enter the integration phase. There are 7 J3 meetings and 1 WG5 meeting before the scheduled delivery of the F2000 draft to WG5. J3 gratefully accepts any assistance from WG5.
