Dear WG5,
It looks as if it will be a small meeting. The following have
confirmed that they will attend:

Convenor John Reid

Finland Petri Mahonen

Japan Masayuki Takata

Netherlands Matthijs Van Waveren

UK Malcolm Cohen
          Steve Morgan
          David Muxworthy
          Niki Reid

US Keith Bierman
          Jeanne Martin
          Larry Meadows
          Van Snyder

This is enough for the meeting to be viable. There was a similar number
at the Oxford J3 meeting last year, which was very productive and had
the usual structure with subgroups working independently and reporting
progress back to the full committee.

I propose one addition to the agenda:
   6.4 Process defect report (N1387) on 1539-3.

Please bring 1539-1, 1539-3, and documents N1343 onwards to the meeting
(on paper or in electronic form). Of particular importance are the
F95 standard, the f2000 draft standard, and the interpretations=20
document (N1393 or J3/00-006r1).

Kiia Hyypp=E4 <Kiia.Hyyppa@vtt.fi> is looking after local arrangements sinc=
e
Katja is on holiday.=20

Best wishes,

John.
