This is the first time we have had a defect report on 1539-3. This is not delegated to J3, so we will need to decide at Oulu on what procedure to adopt. The items all seem straightforward to me, so I see no problem over making a good start on processsing ourselves in Oulu. Comments by email beforehand will also be very welcome. Best wishes, John
