Dear WG5 members,
                Richard Maine has completed all the edits to the 
working draft Fortran 2000 standard that were agreed at the recent J3
meeting. It can be accessed by any of

This will be an important working document at the meeting in Oulu,

bring it to the meeting (also, preferably, read at least some of it).
I have given it the WG5 reference N1391, but will not mount it on the
WG5 site.
