In X3J3/95-007R2 11.3.2 the terms name and local name are both used,
apparently for the same meaning. However, I cannot find that the term local
name is to be interpreted as name, as used elsewhere in the document.

In my opinion
1. it would be better to use the wording local name in 11.3.2 at every
occurrence.
2. there should be a statement that where the name is used outside this
paragraph, it refers to the local name.

This came up to me by reading 4.4.2 Determination of derived types:
Data entities in different scoping units also have the same type if they are
declared with reference to different derived-type definitions that have the
same name ...

I guess this name is the local name.
