I am pleased to tell you that ISO/IEC FDIS 1539-2 has passed its 
ballot with flying colours (no negative votes). The only comment 
was from UK:

Foreword (page v of the DIS, not in N1375) should have "Part 3:
Conditional Compilation" added at the appropriate place.

It now goes forward for publication.
