Dear WG5,
	 ISO required me to make cosmetic changes to the new part 2 of
the standard and I have put the new version on the ftp server as
N1375.  This supersedes N1346. The changes were mainly in the movement
of text within the prelims and first two sections, i.e. up to and
including page 2 of N1375. There were also changes in the pagination of
the annexes and in the headers and footers.

The ISO editor hopes that the formal voting will be on N1375, but
it has been agreed that the changes are cosmetic and will not require
a new vote.
