About a month ago, Miles posted a message about papers from Cadarache
that he didn't yet have electronic copies of. I haven't seen anything
at all on these papers since then. Does anyone know whether they
will be showing up on the server anytime soon? Several of the
resolutions requesting action by J3 refer to missing papers and
cannot be deciphered enough to work on without first reading the
papers. Not having the papers is going to make it pretty hard for
those of us that weren't at the meeting to do much work on those
items.

If I were going to try to write a paper on any of these matters for the
J3 meeting in August, about now is when I'd need to be writing it
(particularly since I'm not going to be able to attend the meeting).
I don't know whether or not I'd be writing such papers anyway, but
if I can't see the necessary Cararache papers, its pretty clear that
I won't be able to do any work relevant to them.

If I can't find electronic copies, then my next chance to possibly
get paper copies from someone who was at the meeting will be at the
J3 meeting in November, 5 months after Cadarache. Luckily I have
no shortage of other work to do in the meantime. :-)
