The document was registered by a vote of 14-0 (with 2 abstentions on the grounds of "lack of expertise" and 6 countries failing to vote) It also passed its approval ballot by 14-0 (with 2 abstentions and 6 countries failing to vote). The affirmative votes from Germany, Japan and the UK were, however, accompanied by comments which we must address during the Cadarache meeting - see agenda item 6.
