This means that all the ballot comments will be available in good time for the June meeting of WG5 in France, and their processing will be a major item on the agenda for that meeting, which will be the formal ballot resolution meeting for this project. If all goes according to plan we shall therefore be in a position to submit the revised document for its Final (and only!) 2-month DIS ballot soon after the meeting, which would mean that it will be published just before the end of the year. The document that has been submitted for ballot is available from the WG5 ftp site (ftp.nag.co.uk/wg5) as document N1333 in both Acrobat and PostScript formats.
