Subject: Date for WG5 meeting in 1999 - FINAL CORRECTION!
Date: Tue, 10 Nov 1998 18:10:26 +0000

Further to the flurry of email this afternoon (which some of you will
probably receive all at once to further confuse matters ;-) I have now
received a further message from Patrice Lignalet which confirms that the
date for the WG5 meeting will be 14-18 June 1999, as announced in my
earlier messages. I append (part of) Patrice's message to me confirming
this.

>The problem (for which I apologize again...) has been solved, after

>The french GT5 did propose the dates of 21-25 june, but the C.E.A.
>authorities, thereafter, proposed the now official dates of:

>As it was done in a period of heavy duty for us, we treated the new dates,

I would like to publicly express my thanks to Patrice for sorting this
confusion out so quickly after it became apparent. His email to me giving
the final resolution was sent at 18.30 (his time) - little over two hours
after I first notified him of the confusion, and some time after most of us
go home!
