WE WOULD APPRECIATE IT if you would please let us know if there are any errors: PLEASE CHECK YOUR OWN ENTRY. In particular, we need to ensure everyone has a ride to the College, and everyone who wants will have a ride to the barbecue at Bert's house on Sunday evening. SO PLEASE CHECK THE INFORMATION ABOUT RIDES AND CARS. We are assuming that everyone is planning on participating in the Butchart Garden/Museum/Salmon barbecue event on Thursday. If you are not, please let us know. The "+S" under "meeting" indicates that a spouse is expected to accompany you on the social event on Thursday; +2K indicates that 2 children are also expected. "Sat" indicates that you are expected at the hotel on Saturday; otherwise arrival is Sunday. The "Y" under "Sunday" indicates that you are expected at the Sunday evening barbecue at Bert's house (the S and K mean the same as above); this is on a voluntary donation to cover costs basis. SO THAT WE CAN PLAN THE FOOD, PLEASE LET US KNOW IF WE HAVE THIS INFORMATION WRONG. There will be an informal reception on Monday evening at 6 p.m.at the College; it will be preceded by a guided 1 hour walking tour of the grounds and gardens of Royal Roads. Spouses and children are also invited. The entries under "Car" are the important ones: this is the information we have about rides. Note that we are making the following general assumptions: o Anyone with a car will be willing to provide a ride to anyone without a car; we have assumed 3 passengers plus the driver. The entry Coll indicates driver will provide rides to the College Bert indicates driver will provide rides to Bert's on Sunday o Anyone who is here with their spouse will leave the car with the spouse during the day and will therefore need a ride to the College. o All the spouses will be coming to the College for the garden tour and reception on Monday and those with a car will be able to provide rides to those without. (Delegates will already be at the meeting room, which is within a 5 minute walk of the reception.) Recep indicates driver will provide rides to Monday reception We can certainly make adjustments where necessary, but we would appreciate it if any obvious mistakes are pointed out.
