Subject: Fortran 95 is finally published

For those of you who haven't already heard, the Fortran 95 International
Standard has finally been published - thus just getting out in 1997!  Its
reference number (for those who can afford to buy a copy ;-) is ISO/IEC
1539-1:1997.

At the same time, the Fortran 90 International Standard (ISO/IEC 1539:1991)
has been withdrawn.
