I have sent two emails to Kurt about this problem but, so far, have had no
response. I also carried out form of test by sending a message to the J3
list shortly after sending the message about new documents. Normally I
receive two copies of WG5 messages - one via the UK Fortran list and one
via the J3 list, but I only received one - plus an empty message from
<zonker.ncsa.uiuc.edu>, followed shortly afterwards by another empty
message - presumably relating to the one I sent directly to the J3 list.

Is this a purely European (or non-US?) problem? Or is it affecting US
members of J3 as well?

Miles
