Subject: Minutes of Vienna Meeting now on server(s)

N1291 - the minutes of the Vienna meeting are now on the server in pdf,
PostScript and text forms;  an html version will be supplied later this
week.

I have also placed the html version of N1297 (Fortran 95 upgrade to
IS1539-2:1994) on the server;  this is identical to the version already
available from Lawrie Schonfelder's server.
