Subject: New arrangements for submitting papers

With immediate effect I am changing the procedure for sending me
PostScript, Text, HTML or pdf files by ftp.

Anonymous ftp will no longer give access to the New_WG5_Papers folder.
Instead you should connect to <com1.etrc.ox.ac.uk>, or <163.1.85.1> if you
prefer numbers, and login as follows:

   User: WG5
   Password: Fortran (case sensitive)

You will then be connected directly to the New_WG5_Papers folder and can
put as many files as you wish there.

Part of the reason for this change is that I am offering an experimental
service to the whole of SC22 to convert PostScript files into Acrobat/pdf.
I am still prepared to do this myself for WG5 members, but if any WG5
members wish to use this service to convert PostScript to pdf please
contact me and I will give you the details.
