Because of the many complaints that the top level of the x3j3 directory on ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu was too "cluttered", I have reorganized it. There are README files at various levels to explain the organization, and some aspects of the reorganization are not fully implemented, but to answer the most frequently occurring questions about the new organization, look in x3j3/doc/meeting/141/ for the meeting 141 premeeting distribution, x3j3/doc/meeting/141post/ for the meeting 141 postmeeting distribution, x3j3/doc/meeting/142/ for the meeting 142 premeeting distributions, & x3j3/doc/standing/97-007/ for the last 007 before Fortran 95. [At some point, I'll get the powers that be to rename the top directory from x3j3 to just j3, but that hasn't happened yet.] -- Kurt W.
