If anyone else wishes to submit documents before the Vienna meeting please ask me for a number as soon as possible BEFORE sending me the document, and I will put it on the server. Anyone submitting documents between now and the Vienna meeting should bring a paper copy to the meeting (or arrange for someone else to bring a paper copy) so that copies can be produced for anyone who has not been able to obtain the electronic version.
