The voting was as follows: 22 YES 1 NO 4 ABSTAIN The NO vote (from France) was due to an incorrect French title supplied by ITTF! There were a handful of comments which I am discussing with a small ad-hoc editorial subgroup, following which I shall distribute the proposed actions to the whole of WG5 for approval before the revised document is forwarded to ITTF for publication.
