OK, the documents are not available generally, but they are available
by anonymous ftp from the site research.att.com in the directory
posix/p1003.2/d11.2 . The copyright restrictions apply as noted in
the previous mail - that is you can copy it if you are using it
for IEEE or ISO purpose (read the note for detailed description).
