There are actually two versions of the draft for conditional compilation in
existence.  Both of them can be found on the X3J3 server.  One is
"Fortran-like" conditional compilation method that does not have macro
expansion and the other is a "cpp-like" conditional compilation method that
does have macro expansion.  

The X3J3 server is:   ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu 

The X3J3 server is also mirrored at:    ftp.dfrc.nasa.gov

Both of them will be discussed at the February meeting.
