Full details are given in the meeting announcement and also in the email sent out by Mallory North yesterday (Sunday 21st December). This meeting is very important as it will complete the determination of the content of Fortran 2000. The revised agenda will involve spending most of Monday and Tuesday in subgroups, refining the proposals which have come from the three electronic subgroups headed by Baker Kearfott, Christian Weber and Manuela Zuern. On Wednesday morning we shall vote (if necessary ;-) on the various proposals so that, by lunchtime on Wednesday we have a definitive list of the items that will be in Fortran 2000. The remainder of the week will be spent refining the technical details of (some of) these proposals so as to give X3J3 as much direction as possible for their future work. I urge as many as possible to come, and remind you to book your room (at the highly competitive price of $40 per night) by January 6th. (NOte that the reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival at no penalty. So if you hope to come, but are not certain, it is as well to book the room now to ensure you get it at the special X3J3 rate; you can always cancel if you aren't able to come after al.
