John Reid has made some changes to the draft to take account of (at least) some of these comments, and I have forwarded the revised document to the SC22 Secretariat for concurrent Registration and Approval ballots. The revised document, numbered as N1231 will be on the WG5 server later today. Bill Rinehuls, the SC22 Secretariat, informs me that, if all goes according to plan, the ballots will end on 21st February (i.e. the week after the next WG5 meeting).
