This seems to get changed every time we discuss it. I remember when I
first joined the committee, we were using the "3 out of 4" rule. But then
someone said that wasn't right, and the rule changed to "2 out of 3".
That's what I've been going by ever since.

I just looked in my brand-new copy of the SD-2, and here's what it says:

"Voting members of X3 and its subgroups shall be terminated under the
following conditions:

a) The principle and all alternate representative(s) shall be warned in
writing upon failure of the organization to:

     (1) attend two out of three successive meetings, in which case the
membership shall be terminated if not represented at the next
         meeting; or"

Does the little marking in the meeting minutes qualify as being "warned in
writing"?

Anyway, it sure sounds like Jerry's right and we're back to the "3 out of
4" rule. Thanks for the clarification, Jerry.
