Accordingly, I am conducting a 30-day informal ballot of the full WG5 membership to determine whether N1192 is ready for submission to SC22 for registration and approval as a Committee Draft (CD), or if further work is still required. The document is available on the WG5 server in Acrobat, PostScript and Text (ASCII) in the directory DOCUMENTS_FOR_REVIEW, subdirectory CoCo_Part_3. It is also available in the usual place for N1192. It will be distributed in printed form to those people who receive printed documents. The ballot will close at noon on Saturday 28th September 1996 (any time zone you like!). Votes will be assumed to be individual votes unless identified (by the appropriate Head of Delegation) as representing a National position.
