The documents that were in LATEST-DOCS have now been moved to a permanent directory (N1183-N1198_9607), and those documents created during, or shortly after, the Dresden meeting are now in LATEST-DOCS. Note, incidentally, that the names of the permanent directories now include an additional five characters (_yymm) indication the year and month of the last document in the directory; this request was made during the Dresden meeting. Note that N1226 is primarily for discussion at the SC22 Plenary and is based on two email messages that I sent to the SC22 list. At the request of the Secretariat I have turned them into a proper paper, and am circulating it to WG5 for information. I have also added a new directory for WG5's Standing Documents (again, at the request of the Dresden meeting). Finally, there is a directory caled SC22_DOCUMENTS which contains those WG5 documents which are being circulated to SC22. This is purely for the convenience of those members of SC22 who prefer to obtain documents by ftp, to save them searching for individual documents in several different directories. All documents in this directory also appear in the regular WG5 directories. On a related topic, Kurt Hirchert has now fixed the bug which was causing the US mirror sites not to remove documents/directories when they were removed on the master server. The two US mirrors should now exactly mirror the structure and content of the master WG5 server operated by NAG in Oxford.
