I have permission from PWS Publishing Co. to distribute copies if each copy includes acknowledgement of the PWS text. I am now making this ELF textbook available in the form of some 500 paper pages, unbound, in exactly the same style and format as the Fortran 90 textbook. (It looks like my Fortran 90 textbook with all of the non-ELF parts deleted.) I can send you a single paper copy of the textbook that you can then copy, bind, and distribute, subject to a royalty payment of $1.00 per copy sold. I am requiring an initial advance royalty payment of $100, which also covers my costs for printing and shipping the material to you. Along with the paper copy, I will also send you a 3.5 inch DOS diskette that contains all program examples listed in the ELF textbook. Each example program occupies one file. These program files may be freely copied, stored on a network, etc., so long as the copyright notice on each file is not deleted. For "early bird" users from which I receive the signed agreement (below) and payment by August 19, I will print the text and send it with a diskette during the following week by UPS Ground Track (or by a faster method, if you want to pay the difference).
