To those of you who are still waiting for a fax confirming your 
hotel reservation: 

The Konferenzservice is EXTREMELY SLOW, but I cannot directly influence 
the way they are working (or taking holidays for that matter).  

In any case, I passed by and looked at all their faxes and did a 
detailed comparison with everything I knew through your e-mail 
messages, and I am quite confident that they are getting it right - 
despite the fact that their confirmation text is horrendous English.  
I am checking on them regularly and plan to send a list with all the 
reservations we think have been made before the end of the week, 
FOR EVERYBODY TO CHECK THAT THEY ARE CORRECTLY LISTED!
