Dear friends and colleagues, 

the last I heard was that there are currently 10 rooms officially 
booked through Mrs Engelmann.  To book a room or make any changes, 
please send a

indicating the date of arrival and departure and the hotel and type of 
room you would like to have.  

She should return a brief confirmation, also by fax, within a few days, 
but she has been on holidays.  In any case, I will check on the status 
of her list from time to time and let everyone know what Mrs Engelmann 
thinks was booked by whom.  Please make your reservations soon!  
If anyone needs assistance, e.g. because they do not have access to a 
fax machine, please send me e-mail or call me (not Mrs Engelmann if you 
do not speak German).  

I am looking forward to welcoming you in Dresden in July.
