As of today (Friday, 10 April), we mailed a second distribution 
to probable attendees of the Victoria WG5 meeting. 

Following this email message will be a second email message 
to the WG5 mailing list. It will be the current list of probable 
attendees; to these people, a package has been sent containing 
Victoria information and a number of brochures.  This was sent 
by air to all countries.

Following that is a third email message; it is the TeX source of 
the document "Second Information Mailout" which is part of the package
which has been sent by regular post. 

For those who wonder if they missed anything, the only previous
postal distribution was the original mailout containing the two
(TeX) documents "Prelimary Information" and "Attendance Questionnaire".
