Subject:	Floating-Point Exception Handling Liaison Report

We agree with the direction that the report has taken. As to the specific
questions raised in SC22WG5.1031:

1) By a formal committee vote (9-3) it is requested that IEEE_TEST_FLAG
   be made a subroutine.
2) There was no objection to changing IEEE_MODE to IEEE_LEVEL.
3) No concrete proposals for additional procedures were made.

Assuming the timetable (a TR ready to be voted on by WG5 in July), X3J3
is looking forward to having the detailed edits in time for review at the
upcoming J3 meeting in May.
