Here is a correction to S20.120. The ANSWER for interpretation # 000003
should be YES, and the last line of the first paragraph should be deleted.
Thanks to Bill Leonard for pointing out the contradiction.

After an electronic discusion with Bill, I think that the question needs
to contain more of the text from the original request. I'll make the
changes in S20.121.

My compliments to Jeanne Martin for getting S20.120 into the WG5
distribution which I received today (92-04/02).
