We worked on the liaison statement with C++. Specifically, documents N0761, WG 21’s proposed statement, and N0766, WG 23’s proposed response. Hubert to take both of these documents, together with a differences document, to WG 21 for consideration in June.

Discussed the editorial functions of making index entries collate correctly, and be detected by Word.

Discussed how to handle Erhard’s proposed move of entries from Part 2 Ada to Part 1 General. Look at each accepted move, determine if it was in Part 3 already.

a. If so, and there is an active reference to the corresponding Part 1 subclause, then the statement in Part 3 can be removed.

b. If the statement was not in Part 3, consider if it is appropriate, and then follow procedure of a. If it was not appropriate, do nothing or make a contrary statement.
