This document is for information and use by the delegates to the Plenary meeting.  The final agenda, issued as N 7289, has been revised to include agenda item 10.4 and document JTC 1 N 7172 which the Secretariat inadvertently omitted from N 7289.

Please note:  Given that the venue for the upcoming JTC 1 Plenary meeting is in a hotel, and as Singapore's weather is all-year round warm (average temperature is about 30 - 32 degree celsius), the dress code for the Plenary meeting has been designated business casual.   Please feel free to leave your suit jackets and ties (gentlemen) and dresses (ladies) at home (or in your hotel room).  However, we ask that you refrain from wearing jeans to the meeting.  As for the social event, it is meant to be fun-filled, and hence, causal attire is acceptable.  Jeans and shorts can be worn while you relax and mingle with the birds in the Bird Park.
