I think we need something analogous to a Doodle poll but for weeks instead of the usual hourly time slots. My sense is that most weeks work for most people. We may need a proxy for the convener, but it doesn=E2=80=99t seem fair to turn down all t= he other weeks because one person can only make it one week out of so many options.
