Hello all,
Just as a precaution, the LBL team have a hold on meeting rooms for
the week of June 23. So from our perspective, we have everything in place
that we need at this time for hosting next summer. If it turns out that a
UK hosting works out, we will just release the meeting rooms and let others
grab them as and when they need. That would be no problem for us.
I think it is probably in everyone's interest to know sooner rather
than later where that meeting will be, so perhaps a final decision could be
made before many people have holiday breaks starting this month?

    Cheers,
        Kate
