I=E2=80=99m writing in case you were unaware of the passing of my brother, = Dan Nagle, who, assuming I=E2=80=99ve not been misinformed, was a long time= member of the Fortran Committee and someone you may have known or known of= , from his work on that Committee.

Dan died in his home in Longmont CO officially on date Aug 7 2023.

As his brother and executor, I wanted to inform the members of the Committe= e that I have
planned a Memorial tribute for Dan to be held June the 1st. It physically w= ill be located in Herndon VA not far from where Dan lived for many years in= Reston VA. There will be a
Zoom option available for those who wish to participate but would find it d= ifficult to travel.

If you can be of any assistance in sharing this information with other memb= ers of the
Committee who worked with or knew Dan, I would be most grateful.
