I read the presentation you linked to, but it focused on behaviors at 
general industry conferences, nothing like J3 meetings. Are you 
suggesting that these stressors are exaggerated in Vegas and would be 
less present in any other large city?

Personally, I dislike Vegas and would be delighted to never have to set 
foot in it again, but I recognize its advantages for J3 meetings and put 
up with it. I am not seeing anyone raise their hand and offer to help 
find alternative venues with similar advantages. (Just naming cities is 
insufficient.)
