E.g. conference facilities at a corporate headquarters or someplace like Berkeley Lab. This means the host doesn't have to commit a large sum of money to secure the venue. I think it would be good for future WG5 (and PL22.5) meetings to allow for remote attendance so that no one feels required to travel.
