I still plan to attend WG5 in June. Berkeley has not (yet) curtailed
domestic travel.

Having visited the venue for this summer's WG5 a few times already, I
have found their A/V configuration to be straightforward to use. If
remote participants are able to configure Skype on their computers, I
imagine enabling remote participation for WG5 could still be a
productive (if not ideal) way to run the meeting, for both plenary and
subgroup.
