ISO provides Zoom, and I will plan on hosting sessions, including
subgroups (I am still reading all the material but am pretty sure we can
do this).  The big issue in my experience is when someone just hosts it
from a laptop rather than using a good speakerphone - assuming we have
anyone attending in person.  I'm hoping that Cray has speakerphones that
can "dial in" to the audio (Bill will let me know, I am sure.)

My thoughts are two hours for morning plenary, one hour for afternoon
plenary, and  afternoon subgroup sessions. I can probably schedule
morning subroup sessions if needed.; I have not yet seen any limits
placed on Zoom use by ISO but I may run into something.

Your suggestion to test this in advance is good. I am sure you have had
the same experiences I have with some people having difficulty with the
software and connection, as well as the appropriate etiquette (muting if
you're not speaking, etc.)

I would encourage everyone who might participate online to obtain a
headset, and to NOT rely on a speakerphone for remote participation. We
will have a practice session in the first part of June.
