Hello folks,

Thank you, Dan and Steve, for facilitating my work as a local host. Thank you, those who told me
your plans or situation, for a quick action.

When I saw a big number of J3 members have done the registration at ISO Global Directory, I thought
that J3 might have decided all the potentially attending members to register, though it was a wrong
assumption, and then thought the number of block-reserved rooms would have been far too overestimated.
I meant to ask whether I was right, and didn't mean to urge people to decide. I'm sorry if you were
surprised.

I will keep the Single B and Deluxe Single rooms until the official deadline, June 1, of the hotel
reservation at Forest Hongo, but would like to "release" the Universal Twin room at the end of this
month, for the sake of wheelchair users. If you might need a Twin room, please let me know soon.

If you are attending but staying at somewhere else, it is highly appreciated to let me know. Thank
you in advance.

Kind regards,

Makki
