Dear all,

I am pleased to say that the CD ballot has started. The CD itself is
available as N2123 (though I have not sent it yet to the NAG website)
and the ballot deadline is 5 May. The link is
http://isotc.iso.org/livelink/livelink?func=ll&objId=18770270&objAction=Open

Malcolm did very well in entering the edits from the J3 meeting by 22
Feb. Bill, Dan, and I then checked it and iterated a small number of
edits, agreeing on 3 March that the document was ready. I sent it in on
3 March.

Thanks, everyone, for the hard work, specially Malcolm.

Cheers,

John.
