I am pleased to say that Corrigendum 4 has at last been published. It is 
ISO/IEC 1539-1:2010 and has the publication date of 2016-07-01. It does 
not really matter, but the date is fictional because it was not out 
yesterday.

Now I can finalize my report to SC22.
