Thanks for getting this out.

Concerning UTI 015 on page 180, it seems that 15-224 was not taken
seriously, and that the attempt in 15-246r1 to address the problems
described therein was inadequate.

As 15-224 says in its introduction, "We should not be adding gobs of
interp bait at this time."
