Bill et al,

I=92m doing some preliminary investigation of the venue and hotel that I =
think would make the most sense for hosting the 2018 meeting in the San =
Francisco Bay Area. So far, I have determined that the available =
conference rooms in the meeting venue are of sufficient size for a WG5 =
meeting. Next I=92ll start looking at prices for the meeting rooms and =
hotel rooms. I can plan to present my findings in London if that=92s =
soon enough. If the venues I=92m imagining using turn out to be =
economical enough, then planning this will be very easy for me and I=92ll =
formally volunteer to host.
