Thank you for informing me of this change.

My decision is to *not* continue my membership under these conditions, 
as I do not derive any monetary benefit from my work for NEN committee 
381022.

Of course, if requested, I will be available to the committee to offer 
my expert opinion on the development of the Fortran International Standards.
